Route Map
Weather: Cool, slightly hazy, 6oC.
Today's walk is a relatively easy ascent
of Cold Pike and Pike O' Blisco from the Three Shire Stone at the top of
Wrynose Pass between Coniston and Langdale. Unfortunately, the sunshine
and clarity of yesterday are gone again today but there were still great
views over to the Crinkle Crags and Bow Fell and across Wrynose to the
Coniston fells; the snow is still lingering on the higher tops.
