The Angus Diaries - July 2005
The schools were on holiday this month so
(with one notable exception) the walks were gentle and the weather was
the usual mixed bag. The highlight of the month for Angus of course, was
coming second in the pet parade at the North Lonsdale Agricultural show
- there's still life in the old dog yet! Here is a selection of all new
'out-takes' from the July Angus diary....

I've found this little stick near to
Stickle Tarn...

...are you going to throw it then?...

...or I'll bark until you do!

A dip in the summit tarn on Blencathra
with Skiddaw behind.

'Here's looking at you Connie' on the Ullswater
Steamers.

Which way to go? on Slater Bridge,
Little Langdale.

Little Langdale Tarn.

This will take some cleaning - on Rough
Crag.

I'm coming for you - on the beach at
Walney.
