Elter Water from Skelwith Bridge
It was pouring down with rain when we set
off this morning, so we opted for a low level walk around Elter Water
starting from Skelwith Bridge. The morning gradually brightened with the
sun coming out later; Angus and Casper managed some swimming but we gave
it a miss today!

The top of the waterfall.

Elter Water reflections. All was calm
now.

The painter and a very Heaton Cooper
looking Langdale Pikes.

Lingmoor Fell.

Which way up?

Connie, Angus and Casper - the sun is
shining now!
