Daze! - December 2006
December was another month of mixed
weather with there being some very wet periods followed by some amazing
temperature inversion conditions over the Christmas period. We have been
occupied by other things over the last week or two as you may imagine,
but hope to return to the fells early in the New Year. Happy New Year to
everyone!

The pair looking remarkably fluffy and clean on
Blawith Knott.

On Wythburn Fell - 'I'm not happy about being shot
blasted by that hailstorm!'

'I'm going to lie on the edge of this crag...'

'...and roll about until it has gone. Perhaps if I stick
my tongue out it will go away quicker'.

'Help! I'm slipping backwards over the edge!'.

'Aaaaarrrgghhhh!'

There is not much comfort on the rocky summit of
Wetherlam!

'I told you this extremely wet walk to Eycott Hill would
be rubbish!'.

Casper, Angus and Connie in wild country on Border End.

Angus in camouflage on Dow Crag.

'Hmm, very funny - thanks for bringing us up here!'

All is grey on Grey Friar.

The master shows the young pretender how to strike a
mountain pose on Wetherlam.

Nothing to do with dogs, walking or anything - but I am a
proud father and here is a photo of Connie taking centre stage as Mother
Christmas in the school production of the same name.
