 AngusDog Daze! - February 2007Casper

More mixed weather this month with some exceptionally clear days and of course some exceptionally damp ones, and virtually zero snow which must be some kind of (disappointing) record. Angus is slowing up a little as he gets older but there is no stopping Casper; the hero managed a feat even Angus has never tried - the mighty Sharp Edge! I hope you enjoy the latest set of out-takes from the furry fiends...

Casper looking over the edge of The Screes overlooking Wast Water, behind are Yewbarrow, Kirk Fell and Great Gable.

It's certainly hair raising here!

Just the three of us on Illgill Head, Great Gable Lingmell and Scafell behind.

Angus stops for a breather on the way to Pike o' Blisco.

Ready to slide over the edge on Gummer's How.

Casper wants to look at something interesting over there, photo by Connie McMahon.

Angus comes to see what is going on. Photo by Connie McMahon.

The noise, the noise - I can't stand it any longer! Photo by Connie McMahon.

All is a blur for Casper on Brim Fell whilst Angus has a rest...

...oh well, if I must get up!

Blimey, no-one told me water freezes! Ice skating on Yoke.

You m-m-mean...we've got to go...up there! Sharp Edge - oh no!

Hmmm, on the other hand it is not really so bad, here on The Edge.

A damp looking Angus on the east of Coniston.

Windblown on Herdus.

Where is that wind shelter?..on Great Borne.

No, it's no good Casper. I'm being blown backwards over the edge, you hang on!
