 AngusDog Daze! - November 2008Casper

Okay, okay, I won't change the name of Dog Daze! to Casper Capers - I have had too many e-mails of dismay to do that (how about Angus Antics?). There has been all sorts of weather during November from lovely sunshine to glorious snow and bright skies at the end of the month. Long may the 'proper' winter weather continue, it is a glorious time to be out and about in this beautiful environment and anyway, Casper just loves to eat the snow and roll around in it. Enjoy the latest set of out takes from our adventures on the fells.

Zoom burst as Casper gets in a spin.

'Shiver me timbers'.

Anything you can do...

The world leaf balancing championships were a tense affair.

Casper inches ahead on the inside in the Elterwater swimming championships.

The black and white dog made an attractive garden pond feature.

'Treasure! Now, how do I get in?'.

Mmmm, nice.

The Charge of the Swan Brigade.

Scaredy cat.

'If I lie low here, those swans will never see me'.

A face full of fur.

Despite a valiant struggle, Casper could not fight the giant worm that was pulling him under.

'Water...water...I must have water...'

So that's why they make those trig points like that!

The brave dog could not stop himself going over the precipe in the treacherous snow.

Connie (right) and her friend Maya are in festive mood at the switching on of the town Christmas lights where they appeared with school choir on stage.

The snow bear emerges from his slumbers.

Skiing, Casper style.

'I love the snow, me'.

'Loves...darlings...fans, I thank you'. Casper gets gets recognition and adulation on the way to Three Shire Stone.
