Dog Daze! - January 2009

The end of January marked the fifth birthday of StridingEdge which almost coincided with the millionth hit on the site. Dog Daze! hasn't been going quite as long, the first one being in March 2005 when it was introduced as the Angus Diaries. This page has a cult following these days and people still seem to enjoy having an irreverent look at our fell walking adventures, which just happens to be a a good way to use up some of my out-take photos. The dog may have changed but the antics haven't...

In January StridingEdge passed the magic million hits but it seemed it wasn't only me that was counting, as this e-mail I received from Tony Hartry shows:
...'is there a prize for being the one-millionth visitor to your fantastic web site? - it just so happens it was me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...' Here's the proof...

Sorry Tony, no prizes but if every hit was worth a pound, I would be a happy man!
