I have had a week of illness and am still
nowhere near fighting fit but being virtually housebound for
a week has sent me stir crazy, so a slow and easy walk
was required today to get me out in the fresh air. High Dam fit
the bill perfectly and this walk can be made as long or as
short as required - today it was short but it was still good
to be out and about.
