Dog Daze! - April 2011

Better late than never - April's Dog Daze! being published in mid June makes it a bit of a retrospective and actually the weather looked better then than it does now! This is the month that the boys lost their winter coats and gained their summer ones...well, it was nice whilst it lasted - summer that is. Enjoy the latest collection of misfits and out takes, commonly known as the Dog Daze!

The wind was so strong up on Gowbarrow that Dougal's eyes and Casper face got clean blown off.

Casper tries the orthodox method of climbing a stile but the gate at the top proves a little tricky...meanwhile that pesky Dougal shows how to do it the quick way!

The two dog-tunnellers finally emerge blinking into the sunlight onto Grange Fell.

Woah! Steady on Casper!

Dove Crag-essie lay in wait for unsuspecting Dougal.

Little did Dougal realise that someone had put superglue on the rock he licked.

A host of golden Daffodils.

I couldn't resist this photo of Grasmere when I was passing through.

The dog puppet was incredibly lifelike.
